Super Daughter

My "Super Daughter"

This is super daughter at the circus.  I had wanted to take her to the circus since she was about 2.  Since Handsome Husband was working I got my friend Amy to go with us.  Neither one of us told our kids where we were going.  I think it was easier to trick Super daughter since she is much younger than the two boys and a girl (that what Super daughter called them for the longest time since she couldn't remember their names.)  We told them we were going to eat and then told them we needed to go to a fabric store.  They didn't really pay attention to where we were going since they were watching a movie in my awesome van, gotta love a Honda!  When we started to get off the exit leading to the BJCC, Amy said the cat was about to be out of the bag since her kids can read.  We handed each kid a bag of cotton candy and some funny glasses with a clown nose and told them to guess where we were going.  One of the boys guessed the circus. THe girl and super daughter started screaming and squelling.  I felt like Super mom at that moment.  I think the older kids were still somewhat confused until we parked and walked to the arena.  We got tickets, waited in line for a little while and then went in to the circus.  I hadn't been since I was 11 or so, I think I was as excited as the kids were.  We got to go down to the main floor and see close up some of the acts and the kids got to try on some costumes.  Super daughter even got to juggle with one of the dancing girls.  After that we found our seats and waited for the circus to begin.  It was alot different then I remember.  There was so much to look at sometimes I didn't know where to look.  Super daughter's favorite part was the lions and she said she wanted to pet one.  I advised against that.
